ASSORTED FRIED SALMON, TUNA, COD AND OCTOPUS SERVED WITH PEA CREAM AND HOMEMADE TARTAR SAUCE

For the pea cream, you will need:

  • 200 g of fresh frozen peas
  • 60 g of cream (33 percent)
  • A pinch of salt, pepper
  • Juice from a quarter of a lemon

Heat everything in a pan and, after slightly steaming the cream, mash the mixture to a smooth consistency (it is recommended to put it through a sieve to separate the pea skins)

For the tartar sauce, you will need:

  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • A clove of garlic
  • 15 g of capers
  • 5 g of dill tops
  • Juice from a quarter of a lemon
  • A pinch of ground black pepper

Choose your favourite products for the assorted fish and seafood. The team of the restaurant “Šiaurės Jūra” recommends: organic salmon, yellowfin tuna, Atlantic cod and octopus sliced into portions of 50–60 g.
